You must only place the video feed link within a membership area where minors CANNOT gain access (Simply having an "I am over 18" checkbox isn't enough they need to be verified by an AVS or a paying membership )
We must have a working User name and password to your site. This will not be given out but will be used to ensure the link is properly placed and working correctly.
To get your affiliate payment you must first sign up to be a CBL affiliate and enter your affiliate number below. ( if you have a ccbill affiliate # you can enter it below and skip the signup step)
