We don't put a load of legal mumbo jumbo here, we are both running websites right so we want this nice and simple, so here ya go.

1:  When you sign up your members will get instant access to the Collegeboyslive sites. you just need to put the link on your pages, however you agree to put it behind an age verified members area. we don't want the kids or George Bush looking at this stuff now do we :)

2: We give you 2 weeks FREE to evaluate the site, I know you will want to keep it for your members so when the invoice arrives please pay it promptly, We bill monthly and will pro rate your 2nd invoice to bring you in line with 1st of the month billing, this means your 1st invoice will be for a full month but your 2nd invoice may be a little more to bring you in line with 1st of the month billing. after that invoices will go out around the 20th of the month and will be due on the 1st. invoices not paid by the 15th may have the account automatically suspended. But we know you are always good at paying on time so that wont happen to you right?

3: We host everything in house and cover all bandwidth charges so you wont suddenly get hit with a big bill like some other companies, however if you throw say 50,000 users at us for $250 we reserve the right to call you and bitch :), well more like renegotiate fees, however we will do this in advance and never just hit you with a large bill.

4: We support your members. If they have a problem getting access just ask them to click on the help and support  button on the site or if they cant get in they are welcome to e-mail support@collegeboyslive.com but please remember we will need a working user name and password to effectively troubleshoot any site problems so please keep the user name and password working for us. we promise not to spend too much time oogling at the hotties you have on other parts of your site :)

5: If you pay by wire transfer please drop me a note when you send it to billing@collegeboyslive.com The problem with wire transfers is they don't give us much more info than the sending bank , the date and the amount, and we need a way to properly credit you. An e-mail with the bank name will help make sure it is applied to you.

6: If you wish to cancel during the 2 weeks just e-mail us at support@collegeboyslive.com

7: If you wish to cancel any time after that please e-mail us at Support@collegeboyslive.com at least 3 days before the bill due date
